The room was very nice. The valet/parking was a mess. Elevators were terrible.

Unfriendly staff, not accommodating to diet needs

Great stay
When I checked in the front desk staff was very nice but did not tell me about the property. The focus was on the $250 incendital fee. I had to go back and ask where was the gym, pool and hours. I think it’s great to have an QCR code in rooms that explains everything but great customer service that is personable should start at the front desk by explaining some of the amenities of the property
