Constanly felt like eyes were on me, 3rd floor my room was on smelt like marijuana also put a $50 refundable pet deposit only got $20 back with absolutely no pet damage very very disappointed

They charge me 100 dollars more only because I accidentally put smoking room instead nonsmoking and then someone pee on the elevator and we had to use the stairs another thing our room was a nonsmoking area and all the hallway was smelling like if it was a smoke are

The hotel is just a couple miles from the car rental and airport IAH. We stayed for a night. Beds and room were very good and better than I expected. My only concern is how safe the area might be. The front desk reception is enclosed in a bullet proof glass room...

Stayed there for four nights, but they never cleaned the bath room floor and the sink. Breakfast is very simple.

We only stayed for five hours and had we not arrived later with plans to leave hours later we would not have stayed. Place is run down. There was mold in the bathroom. The ac unit was so dirty we turned if off. Would suggest avoiding.

The room looked as if someone was still there. Trash and dirty laundry was there. Walls has water damage. Staff was very rude
