Beyond what I expected. 😊😊😊The office staff are professional, empathetic, knowledgeable, and understanding. 😊😊😊😊😊 I wasn't just a room number. They remember my name and protected my privacy. I was safe! The room was nice and clean an I kept it clean and when the lights were off at night. I had NO ROACHES when got up in the middle of the night. A medium size refrigerator, microwave and a stove with two burners. That's all I needed. I don't cook. 🙄😉😉Plenty of cabinet space. Cable and WIFI.😁 My room was clean and I kept it clean!!! 😊😊😊😊😊😊A clean onsite laundry room at your convenience. Just download the app. The house keepers will deliver additional toilet paper, soap and fresh towels to your door. You can change sheets yourself as often as you want. 😍😍😍😍Just return the dirty sheets at no extra charge. Restaurants, shopping centers are within walking distance. No people are hanging around outside on the property.If you see someone outside they are going to work, coming back, probably smoking a cigarette outside their room or in the picnic area. 😊😊😊😊😀😀That's where you will meet residents walking their fur babies because they are family too and you want pay extra. 👍👍 I've met residents that have lived here for months and had Christmas lights up. I had to leave for a moment but I will be returning ASAP.✌️😍❤️.!!!!

Overall, I did not care for my stay at this location. Here is my list of both PROS and CONS of my two week stay at this location.
PROS: Great rates for an extended stay, freeway close, the rooms were very quiet and seemed much more quiet vs. a typical motel/hotel. The overall room furniture and decor was nice and satisfactory.
CONS: I saw roaches of various sizes at least every 30 minutes while we were in our room. They were crawling in the bathtub, on the bathroom sink, on the toilet, on the bathroom walls, on the night stands, on the kitchen counter, and on the kitchen table. I have never stayed in such a roach infested motel/hotel room before. Whenever I went to the front desk for help, either the lobby was locked and a sign was posted on the door that someone would return by a certain time to offer assistance, yet at other times when I went to the lobby, it was locked but someone working at the front desk would open the door yet always seemed to be on the defensive and seemed very irritated that I was asking for any type of guest assistance. During my two week stay, on random days we would return to our room to find that the bedspread was missing. Since the phone in our room did not work, I went to the locked lobby to get assistance. Luckily someone was working at the front desk and opened the door and provided me with a clean bedspread. Yet I opted not to go to the trouble to try to get a bedspread when it was missing two additional times during our stay.

I didnt expect much from a Studio 6. So it was about what I had expected. A very okay place. It was probably clean. It smelled clean, just didnt feel clean.

I had limited television services for two of the three night of stay. There were only two channels and each was in Spanish. I don’t speak Spanish.
