Didnt get a chance to stay in the hotel. They overbooked and they gave my room away, even tho i reserved weeks prior

Stayed there for the second time, especially third floor smelly by pet’s urinated (that needed to be shampooed carpet big time) and swimming pool chairs broken/fabric tears no where to sit but other than that, nice to staying and have everything I needed during stays.

I was charged through Expedia and when I arrived I was told there were no rooms. Expedia referred me to the hotel so I sent an email to your hotel through Expedia explaining the situation and never heard back. To this day I’ve received no response and still haven’t been refunded. I’m currently disputing with my credit card company. Could someone please assist so I can be refunded?

Check in and check out was fairly simple. Continental breakfast was good. Hotel lobby was nice and clean.

No supplies after first day arrival - no cups no coffee and no cream when I entered very first day in room A/c thermostat is fixed every person body is different some seniors even feel cold or hot in 69F & 79F therefore please don’t fix let customer sleep as they want
