There was no front desk staff from 2am to 6am to help me with a very loud neighboring guest. So there was no sleep for me and my wife the 2nd night.

It was way better than the 3 night stay I had in downtown Dallas. Believe me, this one night with you all made up for all the worst with my last hotel. It was the crowne plaza but seriously, you guys were fantastic

This hotel is a refurbished LaQuinta now sporting a new brand. Everything has been renovated, and the facility is quite nice. The rooms are comforable and clean. The only miss for me was the complimentary breakfast, which was basically only muffins, bagels, yogurt, orange juice and nearly undrinkable coffee (it was very watered down). The lack of food options was disappointing, otherwise our overnight stay was pleasant.

Stayed for two nights. Booked for convenience if location and breakfast so we didn't have to go somewhere else. Thai is an obviously remodeled hotel bought by Hilton. They did an ok job on the remodel but the rooms are soooo tiny no where to sit and the continental breakfast consists of cellophane wrapped muffins stale bagels and yogurt. If you wanted cereal you could buy it from their "store". Not a very good stay

No respect for peace and quiet
Posted 12 Aug 2024 on HotelsThe noise level among the guests and housekeeping was beyond normal. Housekeeping started at about 9:00am and it seemed to be a door slamming competition between the towel remover, housekeeping and the guests. I have not experienced this level of door slamming in a long time. I made the manager aware and he stated that they would take suggestions into consideration? Too late…I did not ask for a refund just wanted to make them aware that they need to train staff on how to properly handle the doors when cleaning the rooms or removing the trash. As far as the guests, they were just pure rude.
It was a heavy door but I made sure that I did it just let it slam.

Nice hotel

Marc,Thank you for your review and feedback on your most recent stay with us. We do have bathroom fans but it is continuously operating on very low speed to keep noise down. It is a centrally operated system and not individual room controls. I will forward the breakfast comments to Hilton as they are taking the feedback to add more breakfast selections.
