Receptionist very unhappy, bugs inside apartment, cleaning after 7days, bad smells.

Property charged me $79 for a no-show, which is way more than a single night, even if they were advised of the no show. Moreover, the property had no internet or power, yet the no show charge during the Beryl community emergency situation was going on at the time, a d the reason for the no show.

The room its self was nice. The AC was leaking and the carpet soaked. Staff was friendly.
