When I got there late, apparently my reservation got cancelled without my knowledge and I had to pay again for the reservation. I have yet to get my money back for the first reservation!

This was not the hotel I asked to book. Couldn’t get a human to talk to in order to correct, so I had to stay there 😡😡😡

When we got to our room, there was hair left in the shower, there was trash left on the floor in the bathroom, the toilet had not been cleaned, the wallpaper was coming down. If we would've been staying more than one night, we would've left asap. It wasn't worth the $100 we spent!

The staff that I dealt with were friendly and the check in process was easy. The room was semi-clean with hair left in the bathroom on the floor and in the shower. The chair had been repaired with duct tape, and the comforter had been repaired from previous years. The remote was partially functioning (volume control worked but channel selector intermittently worked). There was not a large selection for breakfast. Overall it was a disappointing experience.
