Elevator or no elevator?
Posted 6 Jun 2020 on HotelsThe property is listed as not having an elevator which I read right after booking. Because of that, could not use this facility. Had to make other arrangements. Later heard from prop mgr that there is an elevator. Not sure what is real....

Hello,
The check in guide states that there is an elevator. We also include pictures of the elevator in our check in guide. I am not sure if you read our check in process emails, but it was stated there.
We are not sure how this caused confusion for you, but we would love to have you back for the future.
