Lovely apartment, great location!

In town for cancer treatments at MD Anderson Cancer Center. This location was a perfect short walk away. The unit was beautiful, we ordered groceries delivered from HEB in order to eat most meals in the apartment, to maintain quarantine since getting chemotherapy. We have already booked this location for our return next month.

Initially had trouble accessing the condo with the August lock. Contacted customer service and they remedied my situation quickly. The designated parking was utilized by another vehicle throughout the duration of my stay. I informed customer service who informed me it would be resolved, however, it did not. Overall, i enjoyed my stay but will book more hotels based on this experience.

Hi Gary, According to your parking instructions, there were not any designated parking spots. It recommend to not park in reserved spots, so this should not have been an issue. Also, you did not follow the original instructions which asked you to download the August app prior to your stay. We are glad you enjoyed your stay, but for the future, you should make sure to follow all message that were sent and ask any questions ahead of time at our designated numbers if you do not understand something. We look forward at the opportunity to host you again in the future should you change your mind.
