Location doesn’t use available communication options regarding issues with room reservation. Doesn’t provide reasonable accommodation options with room reservation.

I’ve stayed at over 20 hotels, and I’m not a hard guy to please. This place, however, is downright horrible. There was no room service (our room was never cleaned), and we had to ask for clean towels constantly. The management seemed completely disorganized during check-in. I wouldn’t be surprised if this place goes out of business soon! Also, be CAREFUL—people loiter around the property. When we arrived, there were four homeless people drinking alcohol in the parking lot.
