Not the cleanest hotel I have been in, breakfast was below average. Lots of carbs but not a lot of selection. Best item was soft homemade looking biscuits. Coffee was made from a push button machine.

Guests were very loud and abnoxious, pool was supposed to be open but was really gross and not in working order. Hotel was understaffed.

The few staff we interacted with were nice. I chose the property because it said it was renovated. This was only partially true. There was new paint and some updated flooring and artwork, but otherwise the tables and sofa in the room showed a lot of wear and tear. The room was clean, but the common area especially where they served breakfast was not. We were there 2 nights and it was obvious the floors were not cleaned during that time. Coffee stains, crumbs and leaf debris along the hallway to the room remained and were not cleared. The room also smelled like dogs. We got a great deal, so I got what I paid for, but I would not recommend this place if you don't have pets.
