Did not receive what paid for -- room had no water, no toilet, no shower, no faucet and Expedia did not refund and hotel did not refund. Horrible customer service. Expedia did not advocate for my refund.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was a 15 minute ride to go to the University of Houston. Parking was affordable. The breakfast every morning was such a great bonus. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice room. Close to NRG Stadium. Only negative thing is there was not many good restaurant near the hotel.

Great staff. Clean rooms. Parking is a bit of a hassle having to take a separate elevator to the garage but not a big deal.
