Very poor, I would not recommend to anyone
Posted 11 Jul 2024 on HotelsI was unable to check in, once I arrived the entire place was dark, not one light. I was not able to find the front office. I called and called and got no answer. I don’t understand why a hotel would allow people in a stressful situation like having suffered a traumatic experience to book a room knowing there was no power. I have yet to speak to anyone and no one has offered me a refund for my money.
