I would have liked to have my room cleaned since we stayed 2 nights. But other than that it was great!

We really enjoyed our stay here . The room comfortably fit our family with 3 kids and 2 adults . The AC worked well , the room was clean , beds cozy , pool safe , workout room a good size , walking distance to restaurants / Main event and free breakfast had everything we needed .
I mean For the price , this was THE BEST place we have stayed . I already Told my husband we need to make another trip to the woodlands and stay here again .

We stayed Friday and Saturday night. The room was Stated it was handicap accessible but it was not. The bed were too high up for wheelchairs. Over all the room is very small.For wheelchair accessible and hard to navigate. The room had lukewarm water no hot water. On Saturday night, there was a large party or wedding on the roof below us.And there was yelling screaming and loud music for several hours.When reported to the hotel nothing was done. This will be the last time.I stayed in this hotel overall.It was not a good experience and I would not recommend it for anyone who is in a wheelchair.

TV was small in center of room (horrible position). Only one waffle iron, long line. Air conditioner kept turning off. Would not stay again

While my room was nice, the hall ways were worn out. One of the two elevators was down the entire five days I was there, with the other also down at various times. It was posted in my room that it would be cleaned every other day, which is understandable. Unfortunately, they didn’t clean my room until my last of four nights, and only after I had asked a couple times. I know they were very busy that week. The staff was very friendly and were happy to provide fresh towels. The breakfast was standard free breakfast fair, decent selection. The property is tucked back from the main road, so I felt safe parking there and there was no traffic noise to keep me awake at night.

The staff members are beyond mediocre, they can't do anything to help you even if you come with babies. The room has a really bad smell and the breakfast is horrible. Even the location is convenient, I wouldn't stay here again.
