1. They don’t have coffee or tea in the room they do have coffee in the lobby but the machine is broke most of the time, also the coffee is so watered down and no setting adjustments.
2 my hand soap holder was broken for 7 days and no one cared to replace it even though I informed the receptionist.
3. cockroaches in bed I found one and it’s disgusting also room service come late most of the time and I get from work at 5pm and my room still not cleaned .
4. Noises from other rooms specially when opening doors and closing the.
5. I saw someone under my Lexus at 2 am , though they have security and I did see them but I am not sure the security can handle the size of the parking lot.
