CAUTION: Hot water temp at the room fixtures was poor. It was only 100 degrees F which is far below the minimum temp of 122 degree F specified by OSHA and the CDC for disease control. Morning showers started out only warm and cooled off within a few minutes. A hot shower was impossible to have.
This also occurred during my previous stay a few weeks earlier, but I was there for only one day and did not complain or report it. But this stay was for a week. I reported it and they sent a maintenance guy who spoke absolutely no English. We had to communicate using a translation app on his phone. His response was to increase the hot water temperature for only my end of the floor my room was on.
The water temp did improve, increasing from 100 degrees F to 110 degrees F. That was better, but still fails to meet the CDC and OSHA minimum temp of 122 degrees F.
Don't stay here unless you like cold showers.

Disappointing late afternoon desk service. Have used this hotel before. Normally not an issue. Preferred previous staff. Always greeted and treated well. This time felt as if I was interrupting something more important
