Grumpy front desk, not helpful and somewhat condescending over the phone (multiple times). As well as front desk on the day leaving

I was charged a deposit for no reason, very upsetting!! There is no reason to charge a deposit for a room and hotel that is already over charging for a hotel that has presentation issues.

Customer Service could be better.

Blanket for the couch bed for our daughters. Guy at counter was going to look and let me know. Came down later he straight ignored me standing there after he finished with a customer and disappeared in the back. Went and bought a quilt from Walmart.
Room was decent, pillows and bed sucked.
Breakfast was busy which is common but there wasn’t not enough room for people. A lot of people were taking food back to their rooms.
Not the worst hotel but not the best. Fair for a Hampton Inn I guess.

Pool Stinks/Deposit Mandatory
Posted 22 Mar 2024 on HotelsRoom was clean and comfortable. The pool had a horrible fish water smell. I reported to desk clerk and he replied no one complained before. Also, there is a mandatory DEPOSIT fee of $100 charged to card at the time of arrival.
