Maybe we got a bad room, but the fridge didn’t work, the sink clogged even if you just use water. It leaked water from the faucet too. The hallways and elevator always had a weird odor. The staff wasn’t inviting at all. You have to speak to them before they speak to you. I like that there’s gated parking though. Definitely won’t be staying here again.

The rooms was very nasty we had to change 3 times , one was smelling like pee the other one had baby roaches , one room had old towels on the floor

Thank you Montaser. I totally understand the frustration with the parking fee. Unfortunately this is mostly out of our hands, as it's a product of the area we're in and the ownership's decisions. We do try to make up for it with great service in other areas, and we're working on increasing guest awareness, so that they're at least not caught off guard by these charges.

My truck was stolen from this property.. I paid extra for the gated secure parking.. which had no cameras in the parking lot facing none of the cars.. no security guards or cameras even though it says it has .. the staff was not helpful at all .. never offered to help get me a ride .. I had surgery that morning at 7 and had no way of getting there.. they have a shuttle but nobody there to drive it .. basically I was on my own.. the manager doesn’t get there until after 10 each morning and she was no help when she got there.. would not let us see the one camera they do have that faces the exit .. not helpful at all .. said we need to call police but needed to wait until manager was there.. not what I expected at all being on the side of town we were in .. very disappointed

Front desk staff was amazing and very accommodating to our needs. We will definitely be back.
