Clean, staff friendly, solves problems quickly, very close to the hospital which is reason we are here. Only thing is the coffee and breakfast go super fast not sure why. This is why I didn’t give it a for or five.

The room was clean. I was surprised and pleased that they changed out my towels every other day and collected the trash. Since the policy implied that this service wasn't regular. The hotel is on the old side but is well kept.

Shower had low pressure and was leaking. Toilet was constantly running and had a slow leak. Door security lock latch had been damaged. Bed was comfortable. AC units were great. Room size was also very good.

During our stay, the elevator was out of order so we had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs. Also upon arrival the room had a very bad odor, similar to stinky feet. The bathroom and towels were very clean.

AC/heating unit blew only cold air on heat. Second unit in 'suite' was functional. Staff was friendly and competent. The outside card reader for the door to the outside on our hall was nonfunctional causing me to have to traverse to the front door..

Love the staff not the hotel

Staff were super friendly. Even helped my senior dad look for his wallet he lost! The hotel itself was clean but air vents were really dirty. Ac didn’t work the first night but was quick to fix the next day. Love the staff not the hotel.

The maintenance of the room was poor, with no accessibility of drinking water. They serve almost nothing in the name of breakfast. It has a kitchen with each apartmen with no utensils and basic cutlery... which means it was useless for people who are visiting for short term stay.

Hallway smells bad. Elevator broke, had to lug bags up stairs. Staff was friendly. Remote won't get menu. Air conditioner made noise all night. Room was clean. Got no sleep because of the noisy air conditioner.

Not horrible

It is what it is. Room was clean. Smoke alarm was missing, the whole shower fixture was loose and the bed felt like a bunch of cardboard boxes. AC worked good though and you do get a full kitchen. For an emergency stay at a cheap price i cant really complain. Destiny at the frint counter was super nice as well.

We had to get our own towels sheets trash bags and throw our trash. We stayed 7 days. Were told no room service until 14 days. Housekeeping staff were nice and would clean if you asked. You could tell they were afraid of management. Breakfast was small muffin. No carpet in rooms. Hotel smelled really bad. Location is perfect for medical appointments. Have to return in January . We won't be staying there!!!
