We waited for 1 hour for the shuttle. Very disorganized communication, and no dining options in or near this hotel. Noisy under flight path.

I called the hotel for the shuttle bus.One of the managers on duty at night around 8:30PM answered the call and she felt aggravated because I told her that she needs to know how often the bus pick passengers at the airport so she told me to take a cab and HANG UP on my face.Definitely not acceptable.I arrive at the hotel and ask her and she was not even apologizing.
Incredible how Marriott is going downhill with employees with a lack of respect and training.

Great hotel as far as cleanliness and location close to airport but DO NOT PAY AND LEAVE YOUR CAR PARKED WHILE YOU GO ON VACATION. They offer extended parking for $10 a night and a shuttle to airport. Got back from our vacation to our back window was busted out. The hotel offered us a refund on the parking fees and that’s all. It was parked in the front where you pull in and there’s no way no one noticed while pulling in. I called the day before to tell them our flight was canceled and we wouldn’t arrive until the next day so our truck was on their radar but they failed to tell us our vehicle was broken into.
Also the night we stayed the airplanes flying over were EXTREMELY loud and they kept us up, as well as the plumbing extremely loud and the people above us stomped alllll night long.

The Asian gentleman who worked the overnight shift - late night and very early in the morning was amazing. He was kind, patient, helpful and, caring. He made our stay very pleasant. ⭐️
