The hotel was conveniently located near multiple shopping and dining options. Rooms were clean and well-maintained, as were the facilities in general. The indoor pool is great year-round, though a hot tub would have made it even better.

Josh at front desk was very courteous and accommodating. The manager declined my request for a refund. I flew into Houston due to a family emergency and need to lodge closer to the hospital, but this was unimportant to the manger who refused to approve the request for cancelation. manager who.refused the
