Didn't like many things. Hotel was very dated and had not been updated. Paint was fading. Carpet seem faded. Smelled of disinfectant in the lobby, room and throughout hotel. WIFI was an antiquated mess that was slow and continually dropped user. Hotel staff never came clean on how to re-register on network and made us repeatedly come to the desk to login. Electrical outlets in our bathroom did NOT work. The whole facility just seemed to be terribly dated and minimally maintained or updated. We will never stay there again.

At check in they have you sign off on multiple things that are already pre-electronically-initialled then use it against you. We checked in; girls trip. right away room was musty, damp feeling, water stains on ceiling and there were tripping hazards everywhere: poorly fit carpet in elevators, loose tiles and drains in bathroom. I booked here specifically to use the indoor jacuzzi. Went down to the pool and there were signs on the door saying the jacuzzi works, but is not able to get hot.... what? Sure enough jacuzzi is cold. Spoke to front desk, she said there was no discount she could give and when i asked to check out in the am and get refunded for the second night she said she could not due to me signing off that there are no refunds for faulty amenities. I told her she should have let us know at check in, not have us sign off then let us discover all the broken things People assume things are in working order when they pay this kind of price. How am I to know I want to stay or not before checking in if I am not told of what is wrong. She also said since i booked theough expedia she could not help me. When I got to the room i contacted expedia. They spoke to the hotel. The front desk then called me and told me I could check out early(the next day)and they would refund my second night.

Linens were clean. Bathroom wasn’t up to my standard. Hallways were hot and humid. Room didn’t seem to cool. Towels were dirty/stained. Breakfast was awful.

Very nice hotel. Excellent breakfast and very clean. Only disappointed about not being able to use pool. We got in late the night we stayed and we woke up to get into pool but it opened up at 10 so we didnt have time to swim. But overall very nice place.

Property is located near lots of food and shopping. Very easy to find. However, the property itself left a lot to be desired. Swimming pool and hot tub was not operational, ice machines not working, juice machine for breakfast was not working, carpet in elevator was torn and ragged as well. Furniture in the room is showing its age. However, everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking for the hotel.

Nice time
