Paid over 100 bucks and did not have hot water at all. The front desk lady told me a guy was there fixing it and it be done in about 30 mins. That was at 8pm… I left at 730am still no hot water. I need to be contacted by the GM name AJ ASAP

I love the staff. Everyone is really so nice! I’ve been staying here for almost a month & I will continue to stay here bc of the way they treat me!
