The dishes were dirty in the room. I was right next to the front desk and it was noisy. The patio was also right outside my window and it was noisy every night til well past 11 so it was difficult to sleep. I had to ask for clean towels. No tv remote.

The linen on bed was dirty. There were little bugs flying around. I didn’t feel like room was thoroughly clean.

Too loud
Posted 12 May 2024 on HotelsI love staying here but this last time was the absolute worst. The guests right above me sounded like they were running a daycare. They were running and jumping nonstop! It was so loud I almost thought there was construction going on. I could hear it throughout the room but was worse in the bedroom which caused me not to sleep at all. They really needed to be in a first floor room.
