Nice facility, but our reservation thru expedia said that breakfast was included. Nice young woman at registration explained that free breakfast was eliminated. Asked it to be comp'd due since it was advertised. Gave me mngrs email. I wrote and politely asked to cover the breeakfast. Mngr cometely ignored me but gave worker holy hell for following his stated protocolto contact him.

This hotel says best Western on it, making it confusing to find. We were told after checking in that breakfast was no longer included. This property appears to be a new purchase and staff was friendly but not trained well.

Room was fine even though they gave away our two bed reservation so one of us had to sleep on the sofa sleeper which was aweful. And we had to ask for the sheets and blankets for it. The hard sofa was better than the sleeper mattress. They also charged for breakfast. We got a voucher for one morning for a free breakfast because of giving up our reservation of two beds. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Nothing special and should not be for an extra fee. It should be included with the rental rate. The TV wouldn’t work and front desk was not helpful but we figured out where the unplugged connections needed reconnecting and got it to work. A decent stay close to a tournament we were in. Not the best but for the price, I didn’t have high expectations.

The front desk attendant was not friendly. The room was spacious but the television remote did not work, called the front desk no help. The work who came to the room looked like a bum, he had on sweat pants, sweat shirt and slippers, nothing professional or anything that said he works for the hotel. He was no help. When asked to move rooms, he stated the only person who can approve a room move is the manager who is not on the property, he could text him but probably would get an answer until morning. Not sure how they manage this place when if you have a problem you have to wait. We never received an answer so we had to be in a room and watch the news the entire time. Then there was the poor drainage in the bathroom. It took the longest time for the sink to drain. I want to request my money back as this was so horrible.

My family and I say that this place for 4 days and all we had was two towels. There were no washcloths and we had to take some extra towels from another room because after we told the receptionist about it, and she still didn't give us any more. Customer service was absolutely terrible, but the breakfast was nice. That was the only good thing about staying here

Its wasn't a bad stay, the hotel was very clean, and quiet almost like there were noone checked in at the hotel. But there were some small problems, one the first night we were there we were told that the bar was open until 9:45, no one was there when we checked in that night at 7pm and when we went back at 8pm to get a pizza and a drink. Also for some reason the tube in our room (115) would fill up with water with the shower on and the drain was open i made sure of that. So in the website it said breakfast was include, and free daily but when we went to eat we were told that they started charging for breakfast 2weeks ago, how were we suppose to know that. It would have been nice to known this a head of time before we got there. The manager help us in the end so we could have breakfast. In all not a bad hotel.

The overall property is nice and clean staff is friendly for the most part. Be careful of putting your card on file as the hotel will charge your card additional monies. When asked why my card was being charged I was told it’s the their system checking to make sure you had available funds which made no sense being that the stay was already paid for when booking. I received a $400 additional charge without any explanation as to why I was charged along with several pending charges. I have never dealt with this at any other hotel before. Book with caution!!

Los cuartos son muy cómodos no era necesario rentar 2 anotaciones, pero el servicio pésimo, reservé del 24 diciembre al 30 y solo una vez me limpiaron el cuarto el otro no y les dije que cuando reserve estaba incluido el desayuno y la limpieza diaria le tome foto a una cama que la funda de almohada estaba manchada y la sábana del confort y yo renté los cuartos por medio de expedía y los pagos con affirm. Y cuando hice el chequeo el muchacho me dijo que tenía que pagar 50$ por cada habitación y cuando salí el 30 me cobraron 128$ por una y la otra 104$. Yo los recomiendo por lo cuarto no por el servicio gracias
