The staff was very nice and showed great hospitality. The hotel is perfectly located. It's in the middle of pretty much everything interesting in Houmt souk Djerba.

Horrible, please do not consider

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Please invest in clean or new beddings, sheets and belows. Add extra to breakfast (eggs, olives, cheese, fruits).
Location: Nothing
First in my life and never again. Horribly dirty room especially bed sheets and belows. Asked for beddings but get more dirty ones. Location is ok only if you are looking for central taxi station. Breakfast is bread and jam and milk only which is ok with me. Only thing unforgivable is cleanliness. Staff ok. Bathroom is ok but the bedroom is very very very dirty. I end up putting 5 shirts on the below so i dont smell it. Please dont stay unless desparate

Very good for a night but

Very good for one night the staff and the receptionist Mr Maki is really helpful Just the rooms are so close to each you can hear people talking chairs moving from the reception and other rooms even from restaurant and kitchen I was waking up several times

Chambre propre bon rapport qualité prix personnel souriant et agréable mais trop de bruit ( travaux, véhicules...) car chambre donne sur rue. Cela dit je recomm cet hôtel pour son personnel au petit soin de sa clientèle. Un grand merci à Mr Mekki 😊

Attention car l'hôtel est un 2 étoiles il n'y a pas de jardin ni de service de blanchisserie. Il n'y a pas de buffet au petit déjeuné mais un plateau très correct bien que toujours le même. L'hôtel est cependant bien pour sa vraie catégorie 2 étoiles et le personnel vraiment très gentil et serviable. Prenez garde aux fausses annonces d'Expedia, on paye une catégorie 3 étoiles et finalement vous risquez d'être déçu à l'arrivée.

Merci pour votre avis chère Nadia.Quand vous réserverez choisissez bien le type de chambre pour ne pas payer plus (vous étiez seule et vous prenez une quadruple!) .Le service buanderie est sur demande! (disponible tous les jours).Le jardin de l'annonce est à proximité.On souhaite toujours vous voir dans notre hôtel .
