The staff was great. The sofa bed was very very uncomfortable. Breakfast was good.

The carpet throughout the facility needs upgrading, but the beds were wonderful! The facility was close to the restaurants and a waterfront walkway.

Hotel rooms and hallways need updating. AC did not work great, but it cooled off after 4 or 5 hours.

Way to many stairs not served by an elevator. Musty smell on first floor. Noisy streets front and back of hotel. Cramped parking areas. Very dark rooms given the enclosed walkway in front of most of the rooms. Stairs to 6 floor cant be meeting code on west side. Way to narrow, actually dangerous going down.

Anyone walking by the room could see in because there was not a window covering blocking. The property was very dated and it was noisy while trying to sleep. Staff was friendly. It was close to restaurants.

The location in downtown Houghton across from restaurants and the river was great. The room was a little dated but was clean. The staff was professional and friendly.
