Property was very nice. Did not have a pool or hot tub as many in the area do. Lot was not plowed upon check in.

The location was good and the cost was reasonable. A good place to stay without many frills. I liked the full sized refrigerator and the kitchenette. Will definitely consider this place for our next stay in Houghton.

Didnt know there was no maid service. The key from the app didnt work-had to wait for an employee to let us in. The tub is incredibly slippery!! This needs to be addressed. No coffee or water in the lobby. Clean rooms, but overall not impressed

We are sorry you had a less than satisfactory experience with us. We do have maid service every 3rd day but if a guest requests daily service that is absolutely available. Our tubs are something we are actively working to resolve. Your feedback is appreciated, and we are always working towards improving.

Very quite. Room was well prepared with full refrigerator, microwave, kitchen supplies and a sizable table for two.
