"Lovely place, our room was a great size with a huge bed, fridge, microwave, oven, hob, cutlery and crockery. Great view overlooking the main road, fab for people watching. There was a smokey smell in our bathroom but thats not the fault of the hotel, previous guests not respecting the rules, it wasnt bad enough to complain but I've read they are very accommodating if a guest isn’t happy. "The location was perfect for my trip. I travelled to Nottingham by train for an event at the Motorpoint arena. The Ibis is about 5 minutes walk from the Motorpoint, and less than 10 minutes from the train station. The hotel is exactly what I've come to expect from Ibis - clean, comfortable room and friendly, helpful staff. I would reccomend this property for anyone needing a hotel in the area"

"Brilliant hotel, clean, accessible and the layout of the rooms is absolutely amazing. Massive thank you to the check in assistant, she picked up on the Welsh accent straight away and remembered me from a previous visit when I remembered she was from Bridgend - made me feel so welcome so please make sure she’s recognised well, she deserves it "
