Absolutely atrocious smell in the hallway on 4th and the elevators. To the point of gagging and eyes watering in the area. Requested staff look into the smell and never received any follow up in addition to the smell being beyond noticeable.

Wish our room had windows that opened or a small balcony. Perhaps other rooms did. We werent in the hotel much aside from sleeping and later evenings (hence wanting a balcony). Otherwise, clean, located near a casino if that is your thing, but not walkable to local city. Need to drive to Cold Lake
