Gazebo was nice and room was clean. The front desk was not staffed, morning or night; the batter was out for waffles & no one was there to fill them. Staff area was empty & no one answered doors. I asked for an accessible room with 2 beds when I booked, again the day before I came, and again when I got there. Was not provided one.

It was very neat and clean. It was one of the nicest rooms we've stayed in for a long time and it was a reasonable price.

We had a big spider that my wife had them remove . Then found 3 crickets in the room . Had some one at 10 pm trying to open our door

The guy at the front desk was very rude. We drove all night and asked if we could get early check in he said that that was not possible. We needed more towels and had to go down to get them. And when we wanted to purchase something he was very short. Not sure I would stay there again just because of him. Poor customer service.

Stayed 3 days.Tables in the pool area weren't clean, limited breakfast, overall nice new place with adequate staff.
