Great little hotel. Friendly staff and good food. This is one of the best 3 star hotels I have stayed at. Price in off season in November was excellent!

No cuenta con elevadores. Los baños se miran viejos y un poco oxidados. Necesitan actualizar los horarios de entrega de toallas. La internet nunca sirvio. Muy mala señal.

The description of the property in the website has nothing to do with the property. The hotel is old and not well maintain

We spent 7 nights in this hotel. Family and friends are all around. Loved to see the kids having fun with parents and other kids. The food waa plenty and delicious. The specialty restaurant with Italian and Mexican dishes was outstanding. The staff is super helpful. Any minor requests were attended immediately. I recommend 💯

Ha cambiado mucho en comparación con los años anteriores pero para mal. Te atienden ya de mala gana, pero esperando propina. No hay orden, ahorita que viaje con El Niño, la miss lo acepta de mala gana, algo tipo: ya que. La variedad de bufet es poca, terminábamos con hambre porque no se nos antojaba nada. Siento que si, hay muchos puntos que mejorar.
