We had a great stay at los tules. Loved the spacious room and the friendly staff. Kitchen and room/bathroom had all the basics. Kids loved all the pools (especially the deeper one and the one by the restaurant) and the beautiful property. We saw iguanas and lizards and lots of birds. Great location to go to the beach or town or the mall across the street for groceries. There is also lots of restaurants nearby. Staff were pleasant and helpful! Quiet place - seemed to be mostly families or retirees. Margaritas and other drinks/food from the onsite restaurant were great as well! This hotel seemed to have the most beachfront and biggest grounds compared to hotels nearby!

Very clean pools and grounds. Our room view was perfect looking at pool and beach. Some language barriers since i dont know spanish, but everyone was friendly. Liked the on site Cafe.

Los Tules is the best place to stay with your kids and family. Very peaceful and no crowds.
Wish it can be easier to reserve online. It always states that it is booked. But it isn't if you call.

Cute place, friendly staff
Posted 10 Jun 2024 on HotelsIt was a little confusing where to check in as it was also a timeshare, but the staff was kind and pointed us in the right direction. Most of the staff knew English which was awesome since my Spanish is so poor. The room was great, with a beautiful view of one of the eight pools and ocean. Finding the room was a little tricky and we were on the top floor, which meant a lot of srairs, including the last spiral, narrow staircase leading to the room, but we got used tonit pretty quickly. All in all, great experience and I will go back!
