AC was broken, no hot water for shower. Constant soliciting by locals. Several loud weddings on the beach going late into the night. Always running out of tacos, fish they advertise in menus. Six restautants listed but could only get reservations at one consistently. Lock was broken on slidding door to patio. Dirty ceilings and curtains. Broken fixtures.

We were at the resort in 2022, so decided to go back, that was a mistake especially to bring another couple. The food was always cold/luke warm in the buffet and maybe a bit warmer in the ala cart restaurants. Not sure if they consider beginning of December the slow time cause no live entertainment around the pool etc. One thing we did notice was a lot of the same staff were still there so that was nice. The staff is amazing at this resort.

The food was not great- often ran out of items. Huge line up for breakfast everyday.
The roof top pool was very dirty.
Was also difficult to book the restaurants because they were always full, even though when you do get a reservation the restaurant is only half full.
But- the rooms were clean and the bar staff was great, especially Constantin.

We loved it. The staff is so friendly. The jacuzzi and the sky lounge pool def can use more cleanings however.
Other than that, it’s great. We hope to be back
