Do not stay here! This was by far the absolute worst hotel experience my family and I have ever experienced. We stayed in a room with a queen bed and a pull out sofa bed. Two of my children slept on the sofa bed. After the first night my 5 year old son woke up covered in about 30-40 insect bites. I immediately took him to the front desk and asked to speak to a manager. I was told she was unavailable. I then addressed the issue with the front desk lady and even lifted my son's shirt to show her the bites. I asked to be upgraded to a room with 2 beds and was told no. I was assured that the room would be blocked off and that it would be inspected immediately. I was asked to email photos of my son to the GM and wrote out an incident report. I asked to speak to her multiple times and was never able to. Also, due to an employee clerical error when we checked in, we were charged an additional $765 in less than 24 hrs on top of the $516 we paid through Expedia. We also found fleas in the 2nd room and had, had enough and checked out 2 days early. I did not hear from ANYONE from the hotel for 5 whole days. The original room was not inspected for those 5 days either. I was told nothing was found. I don't know what happened in that time frame in the rooms (Cleaning, disposal, sanitization) but my son had no bites before we entered that hotel and got nothing new after we left. Expedia tried to advocate for us to get a refund but the hotel only gave us 1 night back. AWFUL customer service.

Everything about this hotel from the food to the staff or excellent definitely a must go stay again thanks again for the hospitality
