I did find the noise from other rooms and from the parking lot to be quite loud especially first thing in the morning as people were getting ready to leave the hotel.

Great family owned hotel!
Nicely renovated, family owned and operated hotel. Easy check in and they accommodated our need for a first floor room. We had lunch at their cafe and the food was excellent. We’d definitely go back!

This is the first time that we stayed at this property and we liked it. There were just a few issues, but they were minor, it was a little bit loud from the people above us and next to us and people sitting out in front of their rooms talking, but it wasn't terrible. The parking wasn't as convenient as we had hoped. The only other issue was the floor in the shower was very slippery. Very comfortable beds, really clean, very friendly staff. Good value. We would probably stay here again.

This hotel was a convenient stop on our trip and was close to restaurants and activities. It was also convenient to have a cafe on site with good food. However, the vinyl floors in the room seemed to be in need of a good scrubbing and there was a stain on one of the bedspreads, which gave us pause. The bed was comfortable and the room amenities worked as expected. There was considerable noise from outside conversations late into the night and noise from upstairs (which woke us up) throughout the night.

Good stay
This is a motel with an outdoor restaurant attached. It’s in a good location and you can walk to many restaurants. The rooms are large and comfortable. It could really use a coffee maker. We had to leave early and really missed this amenity that most other motels have. The bed was very comfortable. Towels are thin and no hair conditioner. It’s a good no frills motel that’s clean and comfortable.

The stay was amazing! Check in was super quick and easy, I don't think it even took 5 minutes. The room was very easy to find and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We were there for 3 nights and it was a great stay. Very close to restaurants, kidney springs, downtown. I will definitely be returning!

We were only there for one night but we very much enjoyed our stay. If we go to hot springs again we’ll be staying there again. We got there a little before check in time but our room was already cleaned and we got to check in. The owners were very friendly and helped us with some food delivery suggestions. We had both our dogs, 70lb Pitbull’s and we warmly welcomed. It was a nice area to walk the dogs along the spring. The cafe food was very good. We had their breakfast before leaving a lot of coffee! Over all it was a nice stay and would highly recommend.

Very clean with lots of places to stow belongings away. an older place that has been remodeled with attractive rooms.
