We had a stranger violently knock on our door. We feared for our life. Because there was no phone in the room and the staff did not provide their number, we had no way to get help. This place is not safe and the staff is not empathetic to guest safety.

We are sorry, no one named Christy was in the hotel, only the reservation was with this name.There are a telephone in every room, a the number of reception is wrote with the channels of the TV.Perhaps, after three monts that this one happened, you think about a wrong hotel.We canno remember that anyone explained this to the reeption, also, nothing was wrote in our daily book.Kind regards from H·Top Bcn City.

I choose this property has i had stayed in this area before and knew my way to walk to the major tourist attraction of sagrada familia. Staff veey helpful chaging me a restaurant reservation and booking an early morning taxi to the airport. Bedding and towel clean - but overall in need of some refurbishment.

Unaware of cash deposits requirement for kettle and iron
Walls really thin and constantly noisy neighbours and was scary as people shouting
Water not hot all the time
Heater not working
Curtain rail hanging off
Extractor fan in bathroom not working

Thanks for your rating.We will investigate about that.The deposits exists because there are people that take away the kettles and the hairdryers, it is a pity, but it is the only thing if we want to give the service.

Great location.
Close to restaurants.
Very small room, no fridge.
Tv didnt work.
No safe.
Very warm. Air conditioner didnt blow cold air much and shut off while out of room.

I’ll start by saying that you get what you pay for. Online this is a two stars hotel. I did not see that when I was looking at this hotel, but I saw some positive reviews and, based on those reviews, I chose this place. Right from the start, the experience was not good. The bed was Uncomfortable. The shower curtain and the wall had mold. There was no mini refrigerator. There was a daily fee of $7 euros to use the safe. I opted not to use it. I have never had to pay for that when staying in hotels. The rooms in general were uninviting. The lights were dim. Also, It looks like there was some remodeling or construction on the property and the noise was disrupter because the wall were very thin. With all of this being said, I decided to switch to another hotel for my last night in BCN. I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel and I will NOT recommend it.

You were at the hotel before, and do not tell anything, at your arrival, after stay at the room and have a shower you ask to move to a new room, and we gave you a new one.About the rest of services, you knew it because you stayed before.

Do not recommend. Moldy shower curtains, broken bed springs, poorly maintained and very loud. I could hear the person one floor up throwing up at 5am, the cleaning staff tried to enter our room twice while we were inside.

The room is much smaller than expected and looks nothing like the picture. It's not good for anyone who feels claustrophobic. The walls are paper-thin, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms and outside - it was very loud. On the positive side, the location is excellent.

Yes, the single rooms are the smaller that we have, and also the cheaper that we have at the hotel.Thanks for your comments.Other rooms are normal, but more expensive
