The attendant at check in was very cooperative. I forgot to grab his name but he was from Trinidad and was a really nice guy. Even provided us with breakfast although he mentioned that breakfast is only from Friday to Sunday but since booking on expedia mentioned there is breakfast he managed some to-go breakfast bag for us which had some mini donuts, granola/energy bar, SunnyD juice and another juice pack. Room itself was average but it provided value for the buck. The blanket needs to be changed as I saw there is a small hole from maybe a cigarette burn.

The bed was comfortable but very high. If you're a wheelchair use you'll need lifted up into bed.

We actually refused to stay here based on what we saw before even getting to the room. There was garbage in the parking lot and a smoker hanging out of a 2nd floor window who assured us we "didn't need our room card to get in because it was always open." Upon entering the 1st floor, we heard shouting, swearing and doors slamming. A young woman came down the stairs as we were going up and proceeded to pound on a door downstairs. Opening the door at the top of the stairs, we were greeted by a strong wave of smoke. At that point, we turned around and made our way back to the front desk, just as police officers arrived. Not sure why they were there specifically, but their presence probably helped convince the front desk clerk to refund our money in full for the two nights we had booked.

The hotel is very run down. Rooms not cleaned well. Sheets don't match as sets, bedspread had several tears. Website said breakfast, but was only coffee. Towels are small, thin and rough; very much like a HS gym class towel. Rug shows significant wear and staining. Wall have stains in every room. While stated to be non-smoking facility, we saw tenants on first floor smoking in their rooms. Room reeked of smoke so we kept the window open, despite no screen. Key malfunctioned twice in 2 day stay.
