The hotel itself is “ok” the room had a weird odor but the deal breaker for me was the noise. It was like there was a motorcycle track right outside my room and I was on the 9th floor. It was all night basically and couldn’t sleep for nothing. I know that’s not on the hotel but I will never stay there again even if was for free
Positives- beach is right across the street. There is a grocery store 80 meters from the hotel and a oxxo (7eleven). Nice view from room balcony.

The staff was very friendly and attentive at all times, the room was very clean and comfortable. You can cross the street and be at the beach in less than a minute, there’s an Oxxo( chain convenience store) a few feet away and a Chedraui. Easy getting in n out to any part of Acapulco.

La vista del hotel es preciosa, la playa enfrente muy agradable para nadar. El hotel es muy lindo, solo sigue en reparaciones por el huracán Otis y es comprensible, espero se recuperen pronto. El personal muy amable.
