What a gem of a property. This really is a cozy guest house! The food was exactly what we needed after a holiday in Europe both comforting and filling....and the hospitality...a cut above the rest. Every person we encountered was so lovely. Especially Michael. The way Michael is just at ease in every conversation is the root of hospitality. He's kind, whitty and knows how to make someone feel safe. This place is genuine and thoughtful hospitality in every way. We will be back.

Very pleasant stay and friendly staff. Communication was excellent and the airport pickup was quick. The staff are helpful, the food is great, the area is nice. I would stay here again. Next visit i will ask for instructions for the towel warmer.

Room was lovely and staff pleasant. However, my Experian itinerary stated that free breakfast was included but the hotel said this not included even after I showed them my paperwork.

Very close to airport… shuttle service was great.

Unless you‘re desperate, best to avoid this property. I booked a double room, but was given a room with a bed AND a bunk bed crammed together (which made opening a closet almost impossible). When I said I hadn‘t asked for a bunk bed, the desk clerk replied, well, we‘re not *charging* you for it. There was no record that I had booked breakfast - the desk clerk had to contact Expedia to confirm - and the key I was given didn‘t work. The facilities are a bit worn and shabby, and the rooms are utilitarian at best. There is no AC, and when the windows are open it‘s quite noisy, as the building is right on a busy motorway. The breakfast is mediocre at best - better to grab something more edible at the airport. While there is a shuttle to the airport (12 quid) the website doesn‘t mention that it only leaves once on the hour (and for whatever reason, Uber refuses to do pickups from this spot). That having been said, the rooms were clean, and the lady driving the shuttle was absolutely lovely.

Upon check-in, we did provide a complimentary upgrade which offers additional space, and apologise if the bunk beds affected you that much.We also apologise for the breakfast mix-up, which we worked promptly to resolve with the booking agent to ensure you were accommodated. We do occasionally experience technical issues with key cards, but our team is always ready to quickly program. As an airport hotel, there can be occasional noise, though we're located several miles from the motorway so that is not the road noise that you are complaining about.
