They tried to take 200 for my credit card for smoking in the room I don't even smoke

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We are sorry to hear that you were not happy. We do have a policy that you sign at check in saying that you will not smoke in the room and if you do you will be charged 200. Both times you stayed you smoked in the room, we have pictures of cigarette ash found in room and both times the room smelled of smoke. So we are required to charge. Your card declined, so you were not charged.

There was no yogurt which was not diet.
