It’s an okay airport hotel. It’s very dated feeling and smells mildew-y. Okay for a night before a flight, but there’s better options for that…

My last stop for easy quick access to Narita airport. The only thing that would’ve been good is netflix on the tv lol. Otherwise a great stay

Beautiful property and amenities. Staff was extremely accessible and accommodating. Breakfast buffet delicious. My reservation was for 4 people Breakfast included. Strangly tho only 2 were included with Breakfast no explanation given. Thought that was strange. Airport transportation was great.

The location is good but the shuttle services are limited. The food is very expensive, the location is good for airport hotel. Our rrom was facing a forest surrended with changing colours of tress
