I showed up and had no where to stay because the place was under renovation and the resort did not tell Expedia that. Expedia should have known this since my reservation was booked and confirmed by Expedia. I am very upset because I drove 3 hrs there and didn’t have anywhere to stay,

I had a minor issue with my room, the staff was quick to resolve it by immediately relocating me, amazing staff. Nice pool with easy access to beautiful black sand beach.
