We arrived late, after a missed flight and the excellent night staff went the extra mile to ensure my wife and I and our tired children had everything we needed. The friendly staff were without doubt the best thing about the stay, but there was nothing to complain about the spacious, clean family room. It is only a pity that the hotel does not accept cash.

While the hotel was in a good location and quiet, the staff were lagging in customer service skills. The room and halls were clean and it was easy to find.
