I loved the convenience of shopping, grocery store, beach. Easy in and out!

Big room ,lobby has few shop ,it was very convenient.
Vest location to see HILTON fireworks on every Friday.

Posted 12 Jun 2024 on HotelsThe location is great but the room was a bit dirty plus they advertise that it sleeps 6 guests but they only supply 2 towels, 2 washcloths, and 2 coffee cups. We had to pay extra per towel to get more for our 16 day stay. They also only provided one roll of TP. I paid an extra huge amount in fees for what I'm not sure. The grounds were nice but the room was rundown with paint peeling on the ceiling and wallpaper peeling off. The balcony was a real mess because they have these white shields for the ground floor balcony areas and I don't think they have ever been cleaned. There were old bottles, plastic glasses etc plus filth all over them. It seems like a nice place like this would figure out how to clean those, they kept the rest of the area very nice. My son and some friends went thru VRBO at the building next door and had far less in fees. It wasn't a terrible stay but I will not stay there again. I try to use hotels.com for all my stays but feel I got ripped on this one.

The unit we stayed in was great, the hotel overall was in need of updates. Nice laundry setup but it only worked once. Something wrong with the card payment system so people were wandering from floor to floor trying to find one that would take payment, none of them worked and several calls were made to an answering machine which nobody seemed to monitor. Elevators were only working at 25 percent capacity so we took the stairs most of the time. We managed but there are a lot of elderly owners there that couldn’t. Not only unacceptable but a major safety issue.

No wait times to go up/down the elevators anymore, hurray! Just needs some updates to the condo beds need to be replaced and also carpet. It could use some minor updating. It’s a beautiful view but it definitely needs work on the inside.
