Excellent location. Only downfall was the AC always needing to be reset by the engineer.

Convenient hotel good for families. However, the door to our room was sticky, it wasn’t obvious how to check in when arriving late at night.

We really enjoyed our stay here with our 7 month old. The staff were amazing and kept checking on our daughter, even remembering her name! Reception and housekeeping staff were so helpful with extra water, bin liners, sheets and towels for our room, as well as ensuring we had a kettle and microwave ready on arrival for our baby. Room was very clean. The pool is great for kids. The property is walking distance to everything in Waikiki. Great location. Starbucks on the ground floor.
