Excellent service throughout .. manager Yuko was very helpful and was quite accommodating.
Overall a great experience!

there are molds in the room specially in the bathroom area

Staff is absolutely amazing.
Kind and ready to help at anytime.
Very friendly and accommodating.
We had a great time.
The reason for not giving 5 stars is because hotel is undergoing renovations.
Our room was always well supplied in anything we needed and clean.
Thank you to all the staff for making our stay enjoyable.

The staff are the best! They were all super nice and helpful - everyone! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and our view was beautiful. The location was close to everything.
