"Great place and wonderful staff! A few small negatives… Only thing I didn’t like was all of the extra fees at the end. I think it was $35/day added plus a lot of little taxes. Parking is difficult as well, but we’re young and didn’t affect us much with a little walking to get to the room. Just a heads up for any elderly visitors. "

"We loved this place and will stay again for sure! The ONLY complaint we had was the door to our room. The lock seemed to malfunction daily, sometime twice daily. Quite a few trips back to the lobby to get a new key. Room 302B We will be back next year!!"

"We loved having the beautiful green space to enjoy the water view. The condition of the room was not good. Some doors couldn't be locked. Some windows couldn't be opened. We communicated this to the person on staff. She never showed she was very interested in helping. A security guy was there and got involved. No AC so opening doors and windows was important. Person on staff both days we were there seemed to not care at all about our experience and needs. Wouldn't stay there again. "

"The property was clean and quiet."

"Great location and grounds. Loved the cabana. The apartment was spacious but very dated. Lanai was quite dirty. We had to clean it ourselves prior to use. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Really enjoyed having base start up materials especially even laundry detergent. Having an in suite washer drier was wonderful. We would definitely return."

"This is an older but very CHARMING hotel. We booked a last minute room for a one night stay and we were very pleased. We would definitely stay here again. Very comfortable, quiet, clean, convenient."

"I loved the cleanliness, in spite of it being older. It is close to Napili Beach, and it is so convenient to have a kitchen. It is quiet for the most part. One night we heard people being loud, even after quiet hours. That is not the hotel’s fault though. "

"Overall, a great place, especially with kids. My main complaint is that the walls are thin. And they didn't quite seem to be able to handle the amount of traffic, but it was Valentine's weekend so it may have been busier than normal (one of the bathrooms near the pool was flooded, not enough chairs for the number of people, long lines for towels). "Liked to proximity to beach! Lots of pool options! Staff was very courteous. Downfalls, had a room next to elevators, they are not very quiet! Our room also was above valet parking, loud, constant traffic, lots of beeping day and night! Restaurants were always full, not able to get reservations. Had to go elsewhere for meals. "

"Excellent hotel. Very nice rooms, excellent ocean views from your balcony. They have a lot of amenities on property, a beautiful, large garden with various animals to walk through (including penguins!), great pool and pool area. The lobby level has a nice open feel, with basically a small shopping center inside the hotel to include 2 excellent restaurants and a coffee shop. The only issue I could conceive of bringing up is the location on the beach- the beach directly in front of the hotel isn't that great so we did walk 5 minutes away to get to a nicer section of beach but that was no show stopper, given its location on Kaanapali its also in walking distance from a lot of other shops, restaurants, whalers village and a 2-3 minute uber to Lahaina for more options."
