"Hotel ICON Hong Kong – A Hidden Gem That Won’t Break the Bank Hotel ICON truly lives up to its reputation as one of Hong Kong’s top 10 hotels—especially when it comes to value. We booked a Club Room, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The Club Lounge, located on the penthouse level, rivals the experience you’d get at a Fairmont: daily breakfast, afternoon tea, complimentary drinks, and evening hors d’oeuvres—all with stunning skyline views. The included buffet breakfast was one of the best we’ve seen—huge selection, fresh, and beautifully presented. The pool and fitness center were spotless and modern, but what really sets Hotel ICON apart is the staff. Every team member went above and beyond—on par with the service we’ve experienced at high-end resorts like the Ritz-Carlton Jumeirah Beach in Dubai. Location-wise, it’s ideal: walking distance to some of the best shopping in Tsim Sha Tsui, and about a 20-minute stroll to the Temple Street Night Market. It’s also a quick Uber ride to Wan Chai and Lan Kwai Fong, Hong Kong’s buzzy bar and restaurant scene. Highly recommended for anyone wanting luxury and service without the five-star price tag."

"My family and I stayed at Regal Kowloon from June 26-July 4, 2025. This was my return to Hong Kong after many years and it was lovely to visit my 2nd home again. I would like to share a few of my experiences: 1) Our room was spotless and the beds were comfortable, making a great night's sleep for me and my children. Housekeeper Ah WONG was very pleasant and always greeted us in the morning on our way to breakfast. 2) Front Desk staff were very courteous: WILLIAM and ASLAN provided helpful information about my stay. Duty Manager KING WONG was kind to approve our late checkout request. You have a good Front Desk team, Maureen - much appreciated! 3) We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, thanks to Paggy and the crew! The variety of food was fresh and scrumptious. I was impressed with the turnaround of the table after one guest leaves and the the table is ready for the next guest on busy mornings. 4) EMA in Club Lounge took good care of us as we relaxed and enjoyed our drinks, snacks and the massage chair :-) 5) Thank you Concierge MICHAEL & DAISY for storing our luggage while we were out and waited for our ride. 6) The hotel's location was conveniently located near Victoria Harbour and the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront. It is also a walking distance of many shops, restaurants and the metro station. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. "We chose BP for the reasonable price and convenient location but it was so much better than we expected. Housekeeping responded to requests for extra blanket or ice quickly and always with a smile. The room was tight for 3 people but just based on the excellent service, it was so worth it."
