The place was exceptional! They gave us complimentary wine for our honeymoon staying. All the staff were very helpful. No worries about language since all of them talked English well. Also, shout out to the housekeeper who cleaned our room, she did it excellently. The building was renovated recently, everything was in good condition and working: washing machine, fridge, windows, AC, water boiler, shower. My wife and I really enjoyed our honeymoon staying in this place.

Our stay at Ying'nFlo in Wan Chai was great! Our room was exactly as described and pictured. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and attended to our problems immediately (e.g., there were some issues with our washer-dryer and they replaced it with a new one within a couple of hours!). The location is great and close to convenience stores, grocery stores, and restaurants. There are many transport options nearby making it easy to commute. I would definitely stay here again!

Was great to have service apartments in the heart of the city. Fantastic shower, close to the MTR, and the in room washer/dryer was a nice bonus.

Great value if you’re staying in Hong Kong for a longer period; the rooms are much bigger than the normal hotels!

A very unique experience. Not a usual spot that one needs to walk up towards the mountain lane. Love the redesign of the apartment building. If I stay long in Hong Kong, I’ll choose here as it has washer and kitchen.

Well equipped apart hotel

Very well equipped for all your needs. Right in the middle of Wan Chai with the market and restaurants all close by. Excellent bus service to all parts of the island including going out to Repulse Bay. Downside is the hill but after a few days it’s not so bad!!

Our two week stay

We stayed two weeks. The kitchen was great as we prepared our own food. The staff was friendly and helpful. Though the hill is a bit tiring after a day of walking. We would stay there again.
